Warm up: 500 meter row / 10 Glute ham sit ups / 10 Glute ham raise / 5 Glute ham sit         ups / 5 Glute ham raise /

  1. Front squat: 3,3

2. Back squat: 3,3

3. For time: 60 burpees
Every minute stop and do 5 – 30 Double unders
