Warm up:

  1. Every 30 seconds for 6 minutes:

1 Hang clean

Rest 2 minutes

Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes:

1 Clean and jerk

2. For time:

400 meter run

20 deadlifts @ the weight of your last clean and jerk
