Warm up: 500 Meter Row, Then: 2 Rounds of: 10 Air Squats, 10 Hand Hops

1. Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

1st minute: 1 Push Press + 2 Front Squats

2nd minute: 2 Bench Press

2. For Time:

800 Meter Run

800 Meter Row
