Warm up:  3 Rounds: 100 Meter Row, 5 Push ups, 5 Broad Jumps

1. Every 90 seconds for 8 sets: (12 minutes)

3 Strict Press

2. For Time: 

30 Glute Ham Sit ups

30 Kettlebell High Pulls

60 Sit ups

60 Kettlebell Swings
