Warm up: Jog in place x 1 min / Banded back pedal x 30 sec / Banded good mornings x 15
- Every minute on the minute for 24 minutes:
Minute 1 – 1 Front squat + 2 Back squats ( Use 80% of your best Front squat)
Minute 2 – 1 Power clean ( Use 85 – 90% of your best power clean)
* Guys, please realize that you are allowed to share barbells with people. You do not need to set up your own barbell with the same weight as the person next to you on this workout. Ask someone in your class what they will be lifting, if it is the same or similar as what you are lifting then clearly you can use the same bar. Or you could just wait until I come up to you and tell you to pair up with that one smelly guy in class.
2. For time:
20 Front squats @ 50% of your squat weight from part one
