Warm up: 5 Strict toes to bar, 10 Single Legged Hip Bridges, 15 Sit ups

1. Every 2:30 minutes for 6 sets (15 minutes):

4 Clean Grip Deadlifts

+ Right number of Ring Dips

2. 3 Rounds for Time:

20 Wallballs

20 Calorie Row

20 Kettlebell Swings
