Warm up: 200 Meter Run, 10 Mountain Climbers, 10 Air Squats

1. Back squat:

20 Reps @ 65 – 75% of your max

2. For Time:

Havoc Loop Run

Then: 5 Rounds of:

10 Thrusters w/ Dumbbells or Kettlebells

20 Double Unders
