Warm up: 10 Leg Swings (5 per leg), 30 sec Handstand Hold, 10 Back extensions, 10 Glute ham sit ups
1. Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes:
1 Power Clean or 1 Power Clean and Jerk
2. Max Reps in 1 minute @ 50% of your last successful lift
3. As many Rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
20 Dumbbell Snatches
10 Muscle ups / Pull ups / Ring Rows
20 Burpees
10 Muscle ups / Pull ups / Ring Rows
* Rest 5 minutes*
As many Rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
20 Wallballs
20 Box jumps
