WOD Tuesday August 28th

The Tampa Bay Games is this Saturday, September 1st. The gym will be closed so come on by and hang out! Click for more info. 

Warm up: 10 Leg Swings (5 per leg), 30 sec Handstand Hold, 10 Back extensions, 10 Glute ham sit ups

1. Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes:

1 Power Clean or 1 Power Clean and Jerk

2. Max Reps in 1 minute @ 50% of your last successful lift

3. As many Rounds as possible in 5 minutes:

20 Dumbbell Snatches

10 Muscle ups / Pull ups / Ring Rows

20 Burpees

10 Muscle ups / Pull ups / Ring Rows

* Rest 5 minutes*

As many Rounds as possible in 5 minutes:

20 Wallballs

20 Box jumps
