For Time:

60 Pull ups

50 Box Jumps

40 Handstand Push ups

30 Pistols

20 Glute Ham Sit ups

10 Wall Climbs

*Every minute stop and do 1 Clean and Jerk @ Heavy , Yes you begin the workout with 1 Clean and Jerk
