WOD Tuesday November 13th

Warm up: Empty bar power cleans and Front Squats, Glute ham Raises and Sit ups

1. Every minute on the minute for 16 Sets:

First 8 Sets: 1 Power Clean

Second 8 Sets: 1 Clean

3. As many Rounds as possible in 10 minutes:

10 Handstand Push ups

8 Box Jumps

6 Hang Power Cleans
