Warm up: 10 PVC Pull Throughs, 10 Burpee Broad Jumps, 10 Air Squats

1. Every minute for 8 minutes:

1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch (Squat)

2. Every minute for 8 minutes:

1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Clean (Squat)

3. 3 Rounds for Time:

10 Handstand Push ups

15 Wallballs

20 Deadlifts
