Warm up: 10 Banded Good Mornings, 10 Lunges, 1 Minute Plank
“Double Date”
As many Rounds as possible in 14 minutes:
7 Taters
7 Push ups on Kettlebell
7 Sit ups
7 Double Legged Mountain Climbers
Then 7 Rounds for Time:
1 Deadlift
1 Hang Clean (Power Or Squat)
1 Front Squat
1 Jerk
1 Hang Clean (Power or Squat)
1 Front Squat
1 Jerk
*Try to increase weight as you go*
*If you fail in the complex do 7 Lateral barbell jumps (Double Count), then start where you left off in the complex*
*No rest between the AMRAP and the 7 Rounds*
