Warm up: 30 Second Handstand Hold, Empty Bar Press Drills

1. Every 2 minutes for 5 Sets:

1 Strict Press + 2 Push Press + 3 Jerks

2. For Time:

40 Box Jumps

30 Toes to bar

20 Overhead Squats

30 Glute Ham Sit ups

40 Box Jumps
