Warm up: Snatch set up drills, Fix my Snatch

1. Every 30 seconds for 10 sets:

1 Hang Snatch

2. Every minute for 12 Sets:

1 Snatch

3. For Time:

10 Strict Press

20 Ring Push ups

20 Push Press

40 Push ups
