Warm up: 30 second Handstand Hold, 10 Sit ups, 10 Push ups

1. Every 1:30 for alternating sets, 6 Sets of Each (18 minutes)

1st set: 4 Seated Dumbbell Press

2nd set: 2 Bench Press

2. For Time:

40, 30, 20, 10

Kettlebell Swing

Double Under

Mountain Climber
