Warm up: 10 Back Extensions, 10 Duck Walk Steps, 10 Empty Bar Hang Clean, 10 Empty Bar Front Squats

1. Every 3 Minutes for 5 Sets (15 min Total):

4 Front Squats

8 Banded Glute Ham Raise

2. As many Rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

500 Meter Run

25 Push ups

25 Air Squats

25 Pull ups
