Warm up: 10 Inch Worm Steps, 10 Good Mornings, 10 Walking Lunges

1 . 3 Sets of:

4 Deadlifts @ 85 – 90% of your max

2 . 2 Rounds for Time:

50 FT Handstand Walk (if it make sense, do 5 Burpees every time you drop from the handstand walk)

10 Back Squats @ 225 / 153

1 Minute Elbow Plank
