Warm up: 10 Glute ham Raise, 10 Back Extensions, Empty Bar Work

1 . Every 1:30 for 10 Sets:

1 Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat

2 . 3 Rounds for Time:

5 Snatches @ Pretty Heavy

5 Muscle ups
