1 . Not For Time:

10, 8, 6, 4, 2 Barbell Lunges (Increase Weight each Set)

Double Kettlebell Overhead Hold for 30-60 Seconds Between Each Set

2 . For Time:

20 Deadlifts

40 Toes to Rings

20 Deadlifts
