Warm up: Band stuff / Plate presses

 

  1. Every 90 Seconds for 6 sets:

1 Strict press + 2 Push press

*Work up to a max

2. For time:

400 Meter run

100 Sit ups

10 “Squat” cleans @ body weight

40 Ring Pushups
