Warm up: 3 Rounds: 8 Back extensions / 12 Air squats

  1. Deadlift: 2 x 5 reps @ 80%

2. As many rounds as possible in 12 Minutes of:

200 Meter row

20 Overhead squats  45 / 33

10 Pullups
