WOD Tuesday February 23rd

Warm up:  10 burpees / 1 min plank / 10 burpees

  1. Bench press or dumbbell bench press: 4 x 8

2. For time:

50 Sit ups

50 Air squats

*Every minute including the first one, stop and do between 5 and 10 box jumps ( pick a number at the beginning and commit to it.)
