Warm up: 3 Rounds: 5 Kang squats 10 sit ups 15 jumping jacks

  1. Every 90 seconds for 10 sets: 1 Front squat

2. 3 Rounds for time:

12 Chest to bar Pullups

6 Thrusters @ 165 / 113
