Warm up: 20 push ups, 20 Mountain Climbers, Empty bar jerks x 10

  1. Every 2 minutes for 5 sets:

2 Push press + 3 jerks

2. 3 Rounds for time:

15 GHD Sit ups

20 Box jumps

25 Kettlebell swings
