1 . 5 Sets of 2 Reps: Overhead Squat

1 Minute of Double Unders or Double Under Practice Between each set

20 Hang Power Cleans

20 Shoulder to Overhead

20 Back Squats

200 Meter Run

10 Hang Power Cleans

10 Shoulder to Overhead

10 Back Squats

100 Meter Run
