Warm up: Jumping pull ups, handstand hold, lunges, sit ups

1 . For 5 Sets:

2 Weighted Pull ups

1 Turkish Get up per arm

2 . Every 3 Minutes for 5 Sets:

5 Deadlifts

10 Pull ups

20 Wallballs
