Warm up: 2 Minutes on a machine / 3 Rounds of: 3 muscle  clean / 3 front squat / 3 hang clean / 3 push press

1 . Every 90 Seconds for 8 Sets:

*Increase Weight as you go

30, 20, 10, 20, 30
