WOD Friday January 6th

Warm up: 2 Minutes of jump rope / 2 rounds of 8 Wall balls + 12 ball slams

1 . Every 90 Seconds for 6 Sets Each: (18 total minutes)

1st Set of 90 Seconds: 5 Bench Press *Increase Weight Each Set

2nd Set of 90 Seconds: 5 Deadlifts *Increase Weight Each Set

2 . For Time:

400, 300, 200, 100 Meter Run

40, 30, 20 ,10 Double Under

4, 3, 2, 1 Thruster @ Heavy
