1. Strict press: 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 @ 80% 1 rep max

2. Bench press: 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 @ 80% 1 rep max

3. For Time:

500 Meter row

50 Kettlebell swings

50 Sit ups
