WOD Friday May 8th

Don’t Forget! Tonight at 6:30 all ladies are invited to meet us over at CrossFit Manatee for a girl only workout! It is going to be a blast! So come hang out!

Warm up: Yes

3 Rounds for time of:

400 Meter run

20 Lunges holding a big ass kettlebell in the front rack position -10 on the right, 10 on the left. *If you can do all 20 in one set on the 3rd round, you punked out on your weight selection, or we don’t have big enough kettlebells for you.

15 Deadlifts @ Heavy *Same idea here

10 Deficit handstand pushups or 30 pushups on the barbell
