  1. Back squat: work up to a 5 rep max

2. For time:

30 Glute ham sit ups

20 Strict presses @ 115 / 73 lbs

30 Pullups

20 Front squats @ 115 / 73 lbs

30 Knees to elbows

20 Hang power cleans @ 115 / 73 lbs
