WOD Friday August 21st

Warm up of your choice

  1. 10 minutes of something you suck at

2. 3 Rounds of:

20 Ring pushups

15 Parallette Pass throughs

10 Glute ham raises

The goal of this workout is to do the sets unbroken with just enough rest to make it happen.
