Warm up #1

  1. Overhead Squat: Find one rep max

2. As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

200 Meter Run

15 Sumo-Deadlift high-pulls @ 95/ 63

10 Lateral barbell jumps (double count)

5 Toes-to-bar
