Get ready for The Havoc Games!! Individual Competition on December 12th and Team Competition on December 13th! You can sign up for both! Register by December 1st!

Warm up: 2 rounds: 30 sec handstand hold, 10 sit ups

  1. Strict Press: Find 1 rep max

2. As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:

5 Overhead Squats

5 Lateral Barbell Jumps (double-count)

Rest 2 minutes:

As many rounds as possible in 4 minutes:

Max Wollymokers (1 Wollymoker is: 4 push ups, 4 Double Legged Mountain Climbers, 4 Air Squats)
