  1. Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:

1st minute: 3 Bench Press @ 75%

2nd minute: 1 Clean + 2 Front Squats @ 75%

2. Get through these not for time: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
