  1. Get through 8 sets of this complex:

1 Power Snatch + 1 Snatch

2. For Time:

50 Double Unders

5 Power Clean and Jerk

10 Strict Pull ups OR Weighted Pull ups

40 Double Unders

4 Power Clean and Jerk

8 Strict Pull ups

30 Double Unders

3 Power Clean and Jerk

6 Strict Pull ups

20 Double Unders

2 Power Clean and Jerk

4 Strict Pull ups

10 Double Unders

1 Power Clean and Jerk

2 Strict Pull ups

*Pull ups can be Strict or Weighted, you could also increase difficulty as you go.

*You could also increase weight on the Clean and Jerk if you like.
