WOD Tuesday April 5th

Gymnastics Club Sign up: Today is the day to sign up for our Monthly Gymnastics Club. Classes will be Tuesday and Thursday @ 6:00 p.m. Cost is $40.00 for current Unlimited Members and $60 for Non-Members/Open Gym Members. Sign up tonight at 6:00!

Get Ready for The Havoc Games “Gym Olympics” !!! THIS SATURDAY! April 9th! 12 pm! 

Warm up: 50 kettlebell figure 8’s

  1. Pullups: pick a number and hit it every minute on the minute for 8 minutes

Kipping, strict or weighted

2. Every minute on the minute for 18 minutes ( 6 sets of each)

Minute 1: 100 meter sprint ( you better actually sprint )

Minute 2: 20 Kettlebell swings

Minute 3: 30 Double unders

Warm up: Standard +

5 min AMRAP:

15 Double-unders

10 Hang to active

5 Empty Bar strict press

Skill/strength:

1) HSPU skill work

2a) 5×2 shoulder taps

2b) 5x max effort L sit hold on paralettes

Workout:

12min AMRAP

20 Double-unders or DU attempts

10 Handstand hand releases

10 pullups
