1. Bench Press: 3,3,3,3,3 @ 85%

2. Every minute on the minute for 18 minutes ( 6 sets of each)

Minute 1: 12 Burpees

Minute 2: 18 Double leg mountain climbers

Minute 3: 24 Air squats

Warm up: Standard + 3 Rounds- 1 pull up static hold, 10 sit ups, 15 sec L-sit hold

Skill/Strength:

  1. Kipping Pull ups
  2. 5 x 5 Linked kipping pull ups
  3. 5 x 5 toes to bar

Workout:

8 min AMRAP:

5 Toes to bar

5 Strict Press @ 55-65

5 Burpees over bar

100 Meter Run
