Warm up: 10 Jumping lunges, 30 Sec Handstand Hold, 10 Sit ups, 30 Sec Handstand Hold

  1. Every 90 Seconds for 15 minutes:

2 Clean and Jerks

2. As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

12 Wall balls

12 Push Press

12 Lateral Barbell Jumps (Double Count)
