Warm up: 500 Meter Row, Then 2 Rounds: 6 Heaving Snatch Balance, 6 High Hang Power Snatch, 6 Overhead Squat

  1. Find a max for HavoComplex Snatch :

1 Power Snatch+ 1 Hang Snatch+ 1 Heaving Snatch Balance

2. As Many Rounds as Possible in 7 minutes:

7 Box Jumps

7 Toes to bar

7 Hang Power Snatch
