Warm up: 500 Meter Row, 2 Rounds: 10 Good Mornings, 10 Glute Ham Sit-ups

  1. Front Squat: 6 x 3 (6 sets of 3 reps) @ 80-85% of your max

2. 3 Rounds For Time:

400 Meter Run

10 Pull ups

20 Push ups

30 Air Squats
