Warm up: 400 meter run / 5 minutes of empty bar work

  1. Every 3 minutes for 18 minutes:

Power clean

10 Pullups

Power clean & Jerk

5 Pullups

Power clean + Front squat + Jerk

2. For time:

50 Overhead squats @ 95 / 63 lbs

50 Burpees
