WOD Tuesday July 18th

Warm up: Bear crawl x 100 feet / Crab walk x 100 feet

1. Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes: Strict press + Push press + Push jerk + Split Jerk

2. For time:

400 Meter run

20 Deadlifts @ kinda a little heavy

200 Meter run

Rest 3 minutes

200 Meter run

20 Handstand pushups (deficit if you can)

100 meter run

  1. 1. Cluster jerks every 1:30 – 120, 125, 130, 132, 134, 136, 137
    2. Cleans Every 90 seconds for 8 reps @ 140 kg
    3. WOD @ 150 kg finished @ 5:11 – Second part took 6:22 (did ring hspu)
    4. Bear crawl 100 ft every 90 seconds x 5 rouynds
    5. Banded march x 5 minutes
