Warm up: 200 meter run / X walk x 10 feet in each direction / Kang squat x 10

  1. Back squat:

5 reps every 90 seconds for 3 rounds

rest 90 seconds

4 reps every 90 seconds for 3 rounds

rest 90 seconds

3 reps every 90 seconds for 3 rounds

rest 90 seconds

2 reps every 90 seconds for 3 rounds

rest 90 seconds

2 reps every 90 seconds for 3 rounds

rest 90 seconds

1 rep every 90 seconds for 3 rounds

*Go up in weight every time the reps go down

2. For time:

30 Thrusters @ 95 / 63

30 Burprees
