Every 90 seconds:
1 Power clean + 5 front squats + 1 jerk
1 Power clean + 4 front squats + 2 jerks
1 Power clean + 3 front squats + 3 jerks
1 Power clean + 2 front squats + 4 jerks
1 Power clean + 1 front squat + 5 jerks
Use the same weight for all five sets.
Add weight and do it again.
Add weight and do it again.
This is SPEED under the bar!!
