Warm up: 200 meter run / 15 Glute ham raise / 15 Banded good mornings

1. Every 2 minutes for 10 sets:

3 Deadlifts + 5 High box jumps

 

2. 6 Rounds for time of:

3 Muscle ups / 6 Pullups

12 kneeling squat jumps
