WOD Monday February 5th

Warm up: 200 meter run / 10 Kang squats / 20 sit ups

  1. Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:
  2. Minute 1 – 1 Front squat + 2 Back squats ( use 5 – 10 lbs more than last week )

    Minute 2 – 1 Power clean ( use 5 – 10 lbs more than last week )

2. 6 Minutes of max Wollymockers

Rest 1 minute

3 Minutes of max alternating kettlebell swings @ 1.5 / 1 pood
