Warm up: 2 Rounds: 50 Ft Bear Crawl or Handstand Walk, 45 sec Bottom of a Squat

1. Every 2 Minutes for 5 Sets:

3 Overhead Squats

*Start around 70% of your max and increase weight each set*

100 pullups

100 pushups

100 sit ups

100 air squats
