WOD Thursday October 4th

Warm up: 400 meter run / x walk x 10 steps each direction / 15 sit ups

  1.  4 sets of:

Weighted lunges x 6 each leg

Super set with

Banded step ups x 8 each leg

2. 3 Rounds for time of:

20 Kettlebell swings @ heavy

15 GHD sit ups

6 PM Crew. Killin’ it as usual.
