Warm up: 40 second Handstand Hold, 10 Push ups, 10 Sit ups

1. Every 90 Seconds for 10 Sets:

2 Strict Press

2. For Time:

12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2

Strict Pull up

Glute Ham Sit up

Front Squat

*Row 200 Meters after each Round.*
